Pressure Indicator™ Low & High Version
The Pressure Indicator – nip pressure in Newton/cm²
The Pressure Indicator makes a dynamic measurement of Nip Pressure between two rollers, one soft and one hard. As the sensors pressure-sensitive area moves through the nip under pressure, the instrument registers the Pressure Level several times. The highest value – peak pressure is locked and displayed.

Nip Width Indicator™ NWI
The Nip Width Indicator – nip width in mm or mil
The Nip Width Indicator measures the static contact zone (footprint) between two rollers, one soft and one hard. As the length sensitive stripe on the sensor is positioned in the nip, the instrument measures the Nip Width continuously.
Calibration
All our measuring systems can be calibrated on site
The calibration devices can be used before each measuring round to ensure a traceable measurement result. To ensure long-term stability, the device can be checked annually by our calibration service
